Support for qooxdoo JSON-RPC communication

Description

The framework should support JSON-RPC communication with qooxdoo applications out of the box as it does for YUI applications today. This means it should provide a low-level layer which provides the basic functionality, and a possibility to generate proxy JavaScript stubs.
